Fresh Salmon is roasted in the oven to pure perfection and then placed over a mix of arugula, kale and romaine. Next we add juicy cherry tomatoes and steamed green beans. Chickpeas are seasoned and roasted until crispy and placed on top for a great crunch! On the side we have pickled red onions and our delicious homemade shallot dressing.
