Remember when everyone was baking banana bread? We decided to make our own but in mini muffins and with extra protein. Fresh bananas, simple baking ingredients, walnuts, coconut oil and protein powder baked till golden brown. Serving size is TWO muffins but can be split into two separate snacks.
