Super lean turkey breast ground in house, seasoned with our classic fajita flavors, and sautéed a la plancha. This amazingly tasty meat is placed over a bed of fresh fluffy yellow rice, and adding a ton of flavor to the meal is a side of sautéed peppers and onions. On top is lightly drizzled fresh crema; on the side is our delicious homemade guacamole.
