Usually we start with the description of the protein and how awesome it is; however, this time the star of the show is the Burgundy sauce. We start by making our own beef stock by cooking marrow bones in a pressure cooker pressure, adding red wine, carrots, celery, spices, and reducing it for hours. Our amazing burgundy sauce is placed over petite filet medallions with a side of sour cream scallion Yukon gold mashed potatoes and fresh steamed broccolini. 


Ingredients: steak, broccolini, Yukon gold potatoes, scallions, sour cream, beef stock, carrots, red wine, thyme, rosemary, garlic, celery, onion.
