Did someone say Jambalaya.. Yes please! Our take on a Louisiana classic. Marinated in our secret spice blend, fresh shrimp and chorizo is seared on the flat top and then tossed in our homemade jambalaya stew consisting of red and green peppers, onions, plum tomato, garlic and creole seasoning. On the side is our “dirty rice”; steamed jasmine rice and pigeon peas simmered in our jambalaya stew.
