Our famous salmon cakes with a twist. Faroe Island’s salmon ground in house, mixed with traditional South American ingredients of corn, black beans, onions and baked till golden brown. These tasty patties are placed over a bed of farro with a side of roasted carrots and red onions. The star of the show is our homemade cilantro yogurt sauce on the side.
Ingredients: salmon, red peppers, carrots corn, farro, egg, grain mustard, black beans. Thyme, fat free greek yogurt, cilantro, garlic, dijon mustard, salt+pepper, blended oil.
