We start with one of the best cuts of beef, filet mignon, which is marinated for twenty-four hours in our homemade Korean style bbq sauce. It’s grilled to perfection with a homemade special “fried” rice and english peas on the side.
Ingredients: filet mignon(steak), jasmine rice, english peas, celery, carrots, ginger, garlic, oil, scallions, sesame seeds, brown sugar, tamari sauce, Korean red chili pepper.
