Fresh chicken thighs tossed in our homemade jerk chicken seasoning and grilled to perfection; on the side is a dirty brown rice which is a blend of pigeon peas, brown rice and a dash of coconut milk. For the vegetable, we have a traditional Jamaican side of steamed cabbage, carrots, onions, and scotch bonnet.
