Boneless skinless chicken thighs marinated in our homemade shawarma seasoning then char grilled on open flame. These tender chicken thighs are placed over a bed of tabbouleh, which is a blend of quinoa, red onion, plum tomatoes, mint and lemon zest. For veggies, we have grilled Japanese eggplant.
