Strips of steak marinated in traditional Mexican flavors of lime, cilantro, garlic for 48 hours, cooked to absolute tenderness. On the side we have fresh flour tortillas and a homemade radish salad with carrots and onions, and for sauce we have our homemade salsa verde.
