Center cut pork loin, ground in house, mixed with ginger, garlic, green onions and baked till golden brown. Our golden brown balls of deliciousness are tossed in a homemade hoisin sauce, which is an amazing mixture of soy sauce, peanut butter, molasses, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and hot sauce. For sides, we have saucy udon noodles and steamed bok choy with carrots.
